Consent form for 26 Oct Archery

All Secondary Ones to print out the consent form for the Archery Enrichment on the 26 October. Attendance is compulsory. All absence is to be accompanied with a medical certificate.

Enrichment Activity (25th Nov)

Please take noteof the following details;as mentioned an enrichment activity will be held on 25th Nov.

Time: 0900-1540 hrs (TBC)
Attire: Mufti
Venue: Science Centre (Meet in school at 0900hrs)
Things to bring: Handphone, 1.5l bottle, ez-link card with a minimum of $5, sufficient money, personal medication, poncho (no specification)

*Take note all your personal belongings are your responsibilty. No one but you will be accountable if anything were to happen to your belongings.
*Any further details will be revealed prior to the date.

*It will be from 9am to 3pm. Lunch time will be given. More details will be given prior to notice.
